NAPC Defense, Inc. (OTC: BLIS) is a military products sales and production company, fully licensed in the United States, with exclusive rights to produce and sell Corner Shot USA Systems, in addition to brokering other defense products throughout the world all with US State Department approval. Additional smaller military platforms and related products are in development.

BLIS has received a signed and stamped LOI from a leading Saudi Arabian provider of supply and manufacturing to the Ministry of Defense (MOD).

BLIS will be the sole source for the Saudi MOD for supply and manufacture of the Corner Shot product. Additionally, the US market is huge with SWAT teams and Police departments already interested in the product, many planning 2026 procurements.

The signed LOI discusses the initial intent to purchase 37,000 units; a 4,000-unit tranche followed by subsequent deliveries of 3,000 units per month until that quantity is fulfilled. The cost of this order could produce $370,000,000 in sales with solid profit margins.

The advancement of the BLIS Corner Shot Tactical System is that it consists of a two-section articulating platform which allows the shooter to see and fire upon targets around a corner for user safety from return fire.

The forward section of the BLIS Corner Shot, housing the weapon, camera and other tactical devices the camera utilized as a scope. The rear frame, containing the display screen and all of the operating controls of the weapon and other devices. The BLIS Corner Shot also has the ability to transmit using numerous secured channels for share with team members and with command and control center to maintain positive control and awareness of just what the operator sees. All BLIS Corner Shots will be built in the USA.

BLIS is currently brokering a number of military items that are of interest to Allied and NATO forces for the Ukraine and the Middle East. Any successful transactions would add significantly to BLIS revenues and profits. The inventory of these items, if sold at currently offered fair value, totals over $200 million (US).

US Grant Initiative to Equip Resource School Officers (RSOs) Nationwide with CornerShot Tactical Systems

On November 6th BLIS announced a new campaign aimed at protecting children in schools across the United States by placing the groundbreaking CornerShot tactical system in the hands of Resource School Officers (RSOs) and designated school security personnel. BLIS is actively pursuing State and Federal grant funding to introduce this life-saving apparatus to over 115,000 schools nationwide, grades K-12.

The CornerShot system, produced and distributed exclusively by BLIS NAPC Defense, is designed to provide unprecedented safety for both students and officers, making it an essential fit for the modern school environment.

The system’s true versatility shines in its ability to deploy either lethal or wide arrange of less-than-lethal munitions, such as pepper ball and stinger-type rounds. These non-lethal options empower officers to safely take down even an armed perpetrator, stunning and subduing the threat long enough for apprehension and arrest, often without loss of life or serious injury. This critical capability makes CornerShot uniquely suited for school use, where the need to neutralize threats without escalating force is paramount.

When staged behind a corner or solid barrier, the CornerShot allows an RSO or security personnel to respond effectively while minimizing their exposure to lethal fire, dramatically increasing the safety of both officers and those in their care.

Additionally, BLIS has begun work at both State and Federal levels to secure grants supporting deployment of CornerShot technology in U.S. schools.

Accelerated Expansion with Major Interest from Saudi Arabia, Jordan, Kuwait, and Pakistan

On October 28th BLIS announced it is nearing the final demonstration of its CornerShot tactical system for the Land Forces of Saudi Arabia, following over a year of dedicated sales and engagement activity both in Saudi Arabia and now at its Florida facility. The demonstration, initially slated for this quarter, was delayed due to the recent U.S. government shutdown and associated security, customs, and logistical complications. Nonetheless, BLIS expects this event to unlock a significant multi-million-dollar contract in early 2026, with Saudi entities having issued a Letter of Intent for CornerShot units, demonstrating strong partnership potential and trust in the Company’s technology, rather than specifying any binding figures.

Beyond Saudi Arabia, BLIS is responding to active interest from Jordan, Kuwait, and Pakistan, markets that have all indicated robust potential for future contracts involving the CornerShot tactical system and other advanced defensive platforms.

Domestically, the U.S. market stands as a primary arena for BLIS growth, with demonstrations conducted for police forces, SWAT teams, ICE agents, and school resource officers throughout Florida and New Jersey. Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive, prompting numerous agencies to earmark funds for BLIS products in their 2026 budgets. Substantial revenue is anticipated as contracts for first responder and school security initiatives are finalized. BLIS has begun a nationwide outreach to law enforcement, schools and other agencies to familiarize them with the abilities and lifesaving abilities of the BLIS CornerShot.
