GatherGrounds Resorts has successfully acquired The Oaks Campground, a sprawling 155-acre outdoor retreat situated in the vibrant heart of southern Michigan. This acquisition marks the beginning of an exciting new era for the campground, with a multitude of enhancements and upgrades set to take place under the new management.
The Oaks Campground boasts a prime location adjacent to the Waterloo State Recreation Area, which is the largest state park in Michigan's Lower Peninsula. Additionally, the property is conveniently located just eight minutes away from the public boat ramp at Portage Lake, a well-known all-sports lake that is perfect for boating and various water activities.
